Some people may find they are unable to remove the first Category, even all Link items within it had been removed already. Yes, this is a known bug. We are working on it right now. However, you can do following procedure to remove it.
First, you need to know there MUST be at least Category. If this is your only Category, you will have to have it. End of story.
Second, move this Category to anywhere but not FIRST or TOP position.
Third, if you still have some Link items within it, remove all of them.
Last, remove this Category as normal.
